Just got my DREBEL a week ago and I have tried to learn something new each day. Still much to learn. This is a photo from my first trip out this weekend. It was shot with a 75-300mm at full zoom. I used the macro mode for the shot and post work in Photoshop. Auto levels and Auto contrast. What I would like to know is if the flower looks somewhat overexposed? Any other coments also welcome.

I think it's a good shot, Steve. Nice depth of field.
The flower doesn't look over-exposed to me ... unless of course it's not white :D

Nice DOF and sharpness on the petals, also like the contrast and color. Very good imo

Ha ha. It was red  I don't think it looks overexposed either. Nice shot.

I would have liked to have seen the rose at the 1/3rd position from the left with the green petals out of the picture for a more balanced picture.
