View Full Version : Some spiders

Some sunshine this morning bought out the wolf spiders and even a crab spider which seemed to take a dislike to me. The cross-eye stereograms at the end work rather well if you can freeview them.

loving the first shot, all those beautiful shades of brown. Annoying how flash sometimes washes out green foilage.

Thanks for the comments all :)

Toby in this case I don't think the flash is washing out the green foliage- it's a very grey looking plant and newish leaves have very pale top surfaces.

Great shots Brian. Love all of them. Reckon you could make a "Hug Me" gif animation of the crab spider shots. :D

EXIF suggest a 65mm lens was used - that'll be the MPE65

NICE!

These are some of the clearest, sharpest shots I've ever seen! Although the fact that I only have one contact in right now might have something to do with it...

LV, your shots are always truly great. The one spider wants to give you a hug I think.....

Lovely shots Brian - are they focus stacked? - need to get practising that for the summer!

The detail is amazing - esp those spikey legs!!

Yes all the shots are focus stacked to some extent but it's certainly not a necessity.
