You got a blue tinge around the branches in the color version that don't show in the B&W.
If you want a snapshot, go for color. B&W is much more dramatic.

The richness of the color of the wood screams for color. The B&W removes that and makes it dull.

B&W gives it more 'history' look. I'm a sucker for Black and white though ... The colour shot is awesome but I'm gonna have to say BW...
