I went to a halloween party and accidently left my 20D in ISO3200 all night... the Pics were a bit grainy, but if I had ben using my old G2 and left it at iso400 the pictures would have been useless.
the 20D rocks. :)

I'll put a couple full res versions online tomorrow, the web versions I posted for friends are useless for judgeing grain.

yeah do post, I'd be interested in how you found it.
I found color banding above 800iso. Not terrible but visible printed beyond 10x15.

Here's a 100% crop of an unfiltered photo.
If you have decent lighting, such as a good flash, I was using a 550ex, I think the pictures at 3200 are usable...

There is quite a bit of noise there, but nothing neatimage cant fix.
