I'm a little unsure what to do with this photo. I like it but I think it's maybe a bit busy. I was considering cropping the image down and removing the upper half of the photo and just concentrating on the girl and the front of the car.
What do you think? Any suggestions?

I like the photo, but tend to agree with you. The sign in the background does distract attention from the girl. Nice shot.

Colin,
I had played around with this image in PS and made roughly the same crop you did; the only difference was that I kept all of the medallion in the frame.
Unfortunately, then the people in the upper left really jumped out, so I cropped further to remove them. Not sure if you want to give up that much of the car though ... ?
Can you reshoot without the distractions? The contrast and sharpness look just right to me, and the little girl is precious. Yours? Maybe you could get her to pose again? This could be a really great shot if you can set it up the way you want it.

I have to be honest with you Mitch. I was at a huge show and shine and the little girl is a prop. She's not real. So to answer your question, no I can't get the shot again. Oh well.

There is so much action/image with all of the reflective surfaces, it really draws the focus from the girl.
I would consider doing a screening of some or all of the reflective surfaces to highlight the girl if that is what you want to highlight.
Right now too much bouncing reflection to really focus on anything.

HA! She's a prop! Now that's better than Sniper's drugged-out dragon fly!
