Here is a test image of shot idea that I have had.

Here is my shot idea. similar to the above shot. However, the truck will be leaving from inside the bay doors(leaving a trail) while the other trucks are still in the bay with lights on etc etc. (also the front pad will be saturated with water) The kicker is I would also like to have the departing truck frozen and exposed with the trail extending back into the building. (don't want an invisiable truck)

Shot above was a 20 sec exposure(may be 15). Should fire a pop light on the 2nd curtain to freeze the truck? any suggestions or tips?

definately use rear curtain sync to put the light trails behind the truck to show the movement of it leaving the bay. If it is possible to kill some of the lights in the bays to the left of the picture that should help to make the truck a little more solid looking, as it is the building is bleeding through the truck making it somewhat transparent. Cool idea though.

Since you're working with a 15-20 sec exposure, you could fire it manually, too.
