what is up with the light on number 8?

I love the perspective on #3 ... he looks frozen in time ... if it didn't have that tiny bit of motion blur on the hands it would be perfect.

I like 7 a lot too. Did you have any lighting besides the flourescents you can see on the ceiling?

Thanks for the input everyone! I was using a 430ex fired with the canon transmitter, but shot a little slow looking for a little motion out of these, which is the cause of the light going through his arm.

I like number 8 the most if that light is not going through his arm. That said, its still a great shot.
