Long Exposure + Light = Cool

Here are some of my photos using a long exposures (about 10 seconds) and a flashlight. What do you think? C&C welcome.

Where are you in there and how did you do it?

I'm to the right of the light and my arm is behind the light. With all the lights out and a high aperture (f32), I'm not very visible. I adjusted the exposure a bit also to get myself out of the picture.

Basically I just set the shutter speed to 5s and the aperture to 32 and turned out all the lights. Then I started moving the light around with my hand and hit the shutter button.

The cathode is very original. I like the flash light pictures even though that's done a lot. There's something very satisfying in the shape and color
