Hmmm not too special I think, somewhat OOF/soft & motion blur combined with not too impressive/usual composition. Don't you've got more to share?

I like the last three better then the first.
I'd have liked a bit more variation. Specially since the guy seems to have one facial expression all the time ;)

Like the photos in postings 6 and 8 a lot better than the photo you started this thread with. You really should work on your composition/framing. It's all really standard, not too exciting, centered.

Try doing some cropping on the photos you posted, that will really improve your photos.

Yep, the images keep getting better: Last is the best yet ;)
Agree (at least the last one) should be cropped.
