I have a question about grouping

hello all

This friday I hope to have all my friends over while they are all home from college and I have always wanted a nice portrait of all 6 maybe 7 of us. I'm not sure how to pose all of us.

If you have any examples you could show me, that would be great.

I dont want to just have us in two lines one standing, one sitting that bores me something creative and still looks cool. Keep in mind it is all 19 year olds so something hip too.

Any suggestions will be helpful.

How did you do on the motion assignment?

As to this idea, in addition to the pile thing (which is a great idea) why not do the ultra-posed 4 in front 3 in back pose. I mean, it COULD be sooooo retro it's cool. Everyone go down to the thrift shop and pick up some 70's dresses, sitting knees together, hands clasped, looking straight at the camera, smiling. Go to your High School library and look at the yearbooks from 1973 for specific pose ideas.

As an added benifit, you could each send these to your grandparents and they wouldn't even "get it".

I will find out tomorrow how I did on my motion. The ones I printed looked pretty cool. I posted them here. My thread is prolly on the 2nd page of share photo now if ya wanna see the two I turned in. Plus other ones I have done.

But I like the dressing up idea...money may be an issue but we can come up with something.
