Any pros in South Florida?

Ive read time and time again the best way to learn is to follow a professional. Is there anyone out there willing to let me tag along? im a harmless mom. Im in the Palm Beach area. Or if anyone knows of any classes in the area. I have a great eye for a photo but rusty when it comes to manipulating the camera and the ligthing. My pics are constantly full of shadows and its very frustrating!

I have all this equipment and i just need help using it.

I have a small lighting kit which incl. 3 Britek slave flashes GN-27m/90 ft w/ umbrellas
canon 20d
2 canon 550 speedlite
and a few various lenses
and my canon i9900 is on the way.
