Hey Everyone,

Before i start i have to send this from a cyber cafe so please don't be offended if i don't reply right away.

After i have completed a shoot i am looking to send them a packet of proofs, i dont know what the best way to do this would be maybe wrap them in some sugar paper of my choice and then a ribbon?

Once the client has selected the images that they would like as their final images i should then adjust them and send the image to the lab would u again wrap the final image in sugar paper of my choice and then complete the packaging with some ribbon?

I would like to put my logo on their somehow anyone got any suggestions? Maybe this way of packaging my images is not the best? I don't know i wanted to get some nice black box's and a bag with my logo on but i can't seem to find any in the UK.

If anyone could help me i would be most greatful.
Many Thanks
R.

Sugar paper? Are you meant to eat it? Not sure what your frame of reference is : portraits, weddings, commercial, etc. Generally final images shouldn't have a logo on them. My packaging is very simple, designed to get the images to the customer intact, not to impress. For portrait work presentation is more important. Without more information I can't be more helpful. Go for high impact, whether it's with a 3' wall portrait or a 6x4" image.

I am sorry,

I am doing portraits at the moment i am getting some lighting and things set-up and doing alot of work to get my skills up.

Sugar paper is like wrapping paper but it is lighter and can come in different colours.

I want something that looks professional and looks good.

I don't know any pro's doing printed proofs for portraits. If they have proofs why would they purchase final images? It only takes you a few seconds to remove a watermark, so why should people pay you? Generally topics like this aren't discussed on public forums. Private forums like DWF (http://www.digitalweddingforum.com) are valuable for reasons like this.
