Who needs glasses with eyes like this? Finally a picture with bright colors, sharp. Still struggling to get more of this level.

Amazing shot. What did you do - bribe the bird with a mouse?

Must admit that I was lucky. Visited the Dubai Zoo in sweltering heat (+100F). Never seen such an appaling place. Anyway, this bird took his time. Most difficult thing about this shot was to avoid the wires of the fence. Thought there was some wire on the right of the eye, but after enlarging I found out that is was the structure of the feathers.
Obviously the background contributes greatly.

Nice shot. Would be nice if you could supply as much EXIF data as you can with your shots. I am sure we would all appreciate it...
