I love my G2 and 420EX, but what the heck is going on? My flash photography used to be wonderful, off ceilings, soft, etc. But now most everything overstaturates. Most shots come out all white if shot stright on, so much so that you can't make out the image. Any ideas on what is happening? I tried a suggest of P and cloudy, which didn't work and never needed before. Thanks all. Jeff

Post some pictures with EXIF information for us to diagnose.

Pradeep, Thanks for the response. Please let me know what EXIF is and I will see if I can get if for you. Thanks, Jeff

EXIF information can be viewed from Zoom Browser when you open a single picture for viewing or right-click it and choose "Properties". It includes shutter speed, aperture used, flash setting, ISO setting, lens focal length used, time, date, camera, . . . What Pradeep's asking for is a picture, including that info, which we can evaluate.

Do you mean "overexposed" images with this combo? Make sure the flash is properly seated in the hot shoe.
