This is a red skin potato that got lost in the bottom of our pantry for a couple of months. This photo was taken in a pretty dimly lit room with a tiny bit of early morning light coming in a window. I used a 50mm lens, ISO 100 f/11 for 10 seconds. Camera was mounted on a tripod obviously and I used a remote shutter release.
