Here is my mini human walking my mini Aussie:
http://imgur.com/IAl4F.jpg
Since she is 18" high, she qualifies as a regular Aussie according to Wikipedia, but she sure is smaller than every other Aussie we've met.
Mags is 12+ years old and just had surgery a few days ago. She had some lumps removed (including the one you can sort of see on her shaved head spot there in the photo) and also two teeth pulled. She's a bit stoned out on her drugs but doing well (and feeling pitiful wearing her cone).

Very well. We take her to a dog park that is close to the house as much as we can to keep her socialized... she is a little more dominant than other aussies I have seen. She is AWESOME with people though. She will definitely lick you to death.
We have 2 cats she likes to try and play with, but it scares them to death. She wouldn't hurt them though.

He's a rescue dog that came from down south, one of the Carolinas or somewhere in that region. Neighbors dog jumped the fence, made some puppies they couldn't care for. I believe he is a mix of shepherd and English labrador or similar breed.

Hah, wow, I had never heard of that breed. But you are right the pictures and description fit him perfectly. He is very shy around strangers especially men. He does love playing in water but can't swim very well. He tries to pant / breathe through his mouth but he doesn't hold his head high enough above the water and ends up coughing a lot. But he jumps right back in.

Thank you for the kind comment. There was no special PP or lighting, other than maybe a bit of shadow recovery. This was "golden hour light" (which is why it is so warm). The low angle sunlight was streaming through the trees and I kept trying to throw the ball so that Mav would run back through the light just right. I took several images, this was one of the better ones.
