Thoughts? Looks darker here than it looked in PS... and I'm looking at it with the same screen.

Looks dark and not enough DOF IMHO, either that or it's blurry, it too dark to tell.

I agree, it does look too dark. This is puzzling me. It looked much brighter and better in PS, then suddenly looked dark when loaded into photobucket for display. Does photobucket, by chance, do anything to change an image?

Tad dark as has been said but why 10 sec at f/32?
Also there is no colour-space attached to the image, sRGB is recommended for web use.

F32 because I was wanting some good depth-of-field. I was using my 100mm macro and 3 extension tubes trying to get in as absolutely close as possible. 10 seconds because I was purposely using low light.

But, I think you might have hit on the issue (one of them, anyway) with the color space... I purposely unchecked the default, and I think I may have not specified sRGB in it's place as I had a mind to do.

Even disregarding the darkness, the more I look at this particular image, the less I like it.

ISO100 is unnecessary, ISO 400 or 800 is fine. 10 sec is too long unless you're in a room with absolutely no air movement. Exposure compensation of +1 or +2 would be needed if you're in an auto mode.
