can someone help with how to post images on this area I copy in PS7 after reducing the image to 400x600 pixels and saving as medium JPEG (25k) but can't cut/paste PS7 into here, I guess its more complex.

What does all that mean, I don't have a website just files stored on HDD, can I easily post them here or do I need to link them somehow

The images must be stored on a web server before you can link to them or embed them.

You can use one of many on-line photo album sites to display your photo's. Most only allow the use of limited space and require a fee to provide more but it is usually minimal.
