You need to include all of her hair and her blouse is blown out.

And I was going to say to move the eyes off the center horizontal line and try to get them close to the 1/3 from the top line.

Well the picture was taken at the angle you see it is not cropped...this way and not sure how to fix the blown out dress,,,

And how would I move up her eyes??

The best way is to frame different when you shoot.
