Can anyone recommend a good forum for neg / slide scanning?

I've just bought a neg / slide scanner to digitise all my photos, and wouldn't mind browsing a forum and asking some questions.

Some of the newest film scanners have a feature built in for this. An IR beam is directed over the film surface, and anything that scatters it is either dust or a scratch. My scanner allows me to set this feature for OFF, LOW, or HIGH, depending on how aggressive I want it to be with my originals.
