got a reader for easter. plug it in put in card. light comes on, flashing, open folder. nothing. there are folders for the pics but no pics. what is wrong?

Maybe your software can't see the images. Download FastStone Image Viewer and browse to the folder with that.

I would try it in another computer. You can also try to refresh the folder. "Ctrl+R"
