PreSchool/Contracts

I would like to approach several pre-schools for photography and dont know how to go about dealing with contract issues.
I'm friends with quite a few photographers/studios in my area but for obvious reasons i cant ask them, especialy when i do some freelance work for them, (these preshchools are an untapped market here). Specifically what do you offer them, etc.....a studio i freelance for has 3 such contracts up in their area, (studio is 50 or so miles from my area)
and they are quite lucrative for this studio. CAN ANYONE HELP
