I bought a red Hoya 77 filter for my Sony H9 Cybershot camera. When I move the "night shot" switch up, just a hair, it takes it out of night shot mode but the IR filter over the sensor stays out of the way. This allows me to take InfraRed pictures. Here are a few shots that I took the other night.
Do you guys have any ideas about how I should set the white balance? I know that if I use B&W that I should set the white balance on some nice green grass to get the snowy effect on vegetation. What do you think about the color infrared?
