Noticed a photo in a logo.

Went to the exact gallery, correct page, somehow, and found it.

For the record, I don't care that they used it.

What's interesting is that out of 3K photos posted last year, and 10X that many edited (tossed), a photograph can evoke a date, even a page.

Funny, never thought I could recall things like that.

I even forgot this particular gallery is watermarked. It is watermarked because that player featured in this photo was a special request. It was his last game in the league before H.S. -- His dad asked nicely if I'd shoot the game in return for fees.

Exactly zero dollars of this guys shots were purchased.

Yet, there he is, the 'official' logo dude of the league.

<not a rant; no problems>

Once again, the point of the thread is how easily you recognize your own work.

I probably could if it was the entire photo. I've got about 18,000 on the computer right now. Which isn't high compared to most.

With it being clipped out like that. Probably not.

And if thats how you guys in PA grow junior high schoolers look out. No wonder so many of the great quarterbacks come from there.

I haven't shot nearly as much as you, but my own work always immediately catches my eye. The other day, I walked into my sister's house and a friend of hers had given her a shot of her kids that I took last fall. Couldn't remember the kids names, but I right away said "hey, that's my picture!" (it was paid for, though)

I finally noticed what I noticed about it -- the floating part-of-a-guy in the web of the stick.

I reckon I could remember any of mine - I have a very good memory for any photo I've taken and for the people in them... I'll recognise a face that was in a social photo I did months or years later no worries. Might take me a while to place it, mind :p

To answer your question, yeah I know exactly what shots I took, all 180,000 of them over the past 3 years. Well not quite :p but mostly

I never really tried to recall one by seeing part of it.

On smuggy, I think I have 30K photos.

Not near you guys!

How many shutters did it take? If that was mostly from a single body.

I may not remember every single photo that I have taken.

However all the ones that I have pp to put on the net I am sure I could. after all we don't put every single photo that we take on the net now do we.
