Yup- he definitely looks serious in that pic. He seems to look serious when he's posing for pics. Funny thing is that he's usually pretty goofy when not posing.

Here's a less serious pic...of him sleeping.

Poor guy- my wife put the hat on him but he didn't seem to mind.

Here's my buddy Latte. A true loyal friend who I love him so much! I never had any experience with Cockers until my wife (pictured in the B&W) and I bought this little guy. He can read peoples' emotions and feelings better than a shrink. He pretty much reflects the most dominant portions of our own personalities exactly... its pretty funny really.

It's at the top end of the scale, but she keeps plugging along. She is totally deaf (had both inner ear workings removed years ago due to continuous infections), but nothing wrong with her eyes and nose!

And, by the way - in my post where I complimented "Charlie" - I meant to say "Latte" (Charlie is adorable too but I'd already commented on him). Simba looks pretty special too.

Gotta love Cockers.

This is my 2 1/2 year old Flash. He and the rest of his litter were born in a thunderstorm so they were all named for weather phenomena of some sort (his brother is "Boomer"). Taken at night in my home office, where he sits across from my desk. Canon 40d with offshoe flash bracket and home made reflector.

Flash's mother is brown and white, his father black and white. Flash ended up with black and white face, with an almost entirely white body (only some dalmatian-like spots). His siblings are showdogs but his coloring prevented the breeder from showing him too, so the breeder parted with him.

Flash made a dog-lover out of my wife and is an intelligent, loving and extremely funny friend to me and my 2 sons.

The camera is still pretty new to her. She really doesn't seem to mind I can't get in her face with it though or she'll move away from it.
