I have done most of my contract for certain photo situations, but this one is different animal. I was asked to cover a amateur ultimate fighting event. The promoter is going to allow me to shot fan and fighters and sale those on the spot. All He would like is a promotional package with photos of each fighter and then group shot. All the shot taking during the fight are mine to sell. My problem is that I don't have any contract structured for this situation. I also am think that I will need a release form for each fighter. Does anyone have a contract for a situation like this or ideas on how to handle this? Thanks for your help in advance.
