PSE free trial

I`ve been trying out Photoshop Elements 30 day trial download. I plan on buying the permanent installation. Question: Do I need to delete the trial version before loading the disc?
Also, I accidently deleted one of the effects. (Vintage Photo). To get it back, can I just re-run the exe?

I don't use PSE but you should be able to do a repair installation from the Windows Control Panel.

Open up the Add or Remove Programs option, find and highlight PSE in the list of programs, then click the Change/Remove button. It will give you the option to repair the existing installation.

I don't know, but when I went through the same thing, I REMOVED the trial version (and older hacked versions of Elements) prior to installing 6.0.

Doesn't take much time to be safe.
