Alright, since I got my first shoot scheduled, I decided to make some business cards to hand out for potential print sales, and future shoots....
Going to be ordering 100, from overnightprints.com
They will be one sided,
Yeah, it does seem pretty big but this is the size overnightprints wants\needs

Of course the blue wont be there for the actual card, just to stop ya'all from calling me trying to sell me stuff, hahahahahaha jk, jk

personally i would get rid of the flickr link
for your site and email you don't need to capitalize anything. Just photosbybradley.com
Also, get yourself a bradc@photosbybradley.com email address. Spamex makes me think of spam and spandex....
That's what "I" would do.

I agree with the poster above about the Spamex thing, people will assume its, well, spam.
Its a touch busy for a business card for me, I think a great card would be the details you have on a picture of the dandelion clock, you have some great blank space for details on that shot.
Also I wouldn't put your Flickr address on there, have your .com link to it or something but having all these addresses will confuse your public.

Too busy for me. Business card is not meant to be a resume or a sample of your work.

Looks better. Any reason why your e-mail address can't end in photosbybradley.com? It would look much more professional.

My dad is the one hosting my site and all, so I will talk to him about buying the e-mail address, I think it was like, an extra $9/yr??
Anyway, if I can get the e-mail, I will,
But right now, I would like C&C on design,

Those photos are going to be super small in print. Keep in mind the width of a business card is only 2 inches, so your photos are going to be roughly 1 inch on the long side. I'm also not too sure about your design in the middle. Looks like some sort of graffiti to me and I doubt it will print well either.
People tend to act like their business card is their whole portfolio. Just stick one solid image on it and have your website easily readable so potential clients can find the real portfolio.
Play around with it and post more designs.

I suggest the business name and website be exactly the same... unless you own PhotographyByBradley.com also and can link the two sites.

I never would have noticed the photos would print tiny...
I do not own PhotographybyBradley.com, but I do plan on buying it in the future (Not near enough future to put it on my b-cards)
Anyway, how about this card design???

I like this one better, but it suggests that you do landscape photography. I would use an image that will show your clients what type of photographer you are. I'm presuming it's portraits from your other card designs. Consider changing the card from horizontal to vertical format if you don't have a strong portrait photo that will work on a horizontal card.
Post some more examples!

Wow, a vertical card, haha, I never would have though of that....
WIll be much more unique, and will show what I do a bit better...
Made a design, but I g2g

How do you buy an email address?

How do you buy an email address?
If you have your own .com you can set them up for free en masse using your .com providers online software.

My personal opinion on this matter.
You are young, awesome.
You are new at doing photos professionally. Which leads me to my advice.
DO NOT PUT PHOTOS on your business card. Because you are new (i was too) the photos that you take now, arent as good as what you will take in 2 months, and you'll surely have better photos to show then.
So instead of putting so-so photos on the card (i went to your site and looked at your work) just do a real sleek design without being gaudy.
The reason I say this is because I too made me some biz cards with my crappy photos I took (oh, i thought they were awesome at the time) but a month or 2 later, you learn so much and you get better and you realize that now the photos on your business card are your 'old work' and youll give out your business cards, and either feel bad because it's not your best work, or youll actually tell them that that is an old photo and that you are much better now.
Trust me, I know this from experience.

Hows this for an idea? It's simple cause I didn't want to spend too much time on it.
btw, i can print business cards. 65$ per 1000 SHIPPED (full color front and back, with bleeds, price includes shipping)

I like this one especially for a younger photog. Figmented does have some good points. I'm personally not one for photos on business cards because if the reasons he pointed out. Your photography will constantly be evolving and you may take a fabulous picture and wish you had that on a card instead. Let your web gallery be your calling card and your business card be a way to get people there.

Another vote for no photo. A business card is JUST a contact...period. It should have all of your info so the perspective client can get a hold of you. It's not to sell yourself. That's for the website.

Thanks for the points\suggestions...
I LOVE this design btw!!
I would use it, but my last name is cApote, not cOpote...
Thanks a ton! If you can, please make this design with my correct last name :)
I LOVE it!
btw, how much will you charge for 100 cards?
And what would I put on the back of the card, if anything?
Also, for the new card (if you want to make one) just PM me and I will give you my real phone #,

It sure is!
Many thanks to Jon, for designing an incredible card and offering a great deal :)
I did decide on going with this design:

And on the back, will be solid blue (same shade as on front of course) with my website

Keep in mind that no photos allows you to make your text big. Since cards are so small, the text has to be large to be legible.

When it comes to business cards, K.I.S.S. Again, it is no resume, or portfolio, just a way to file your name/business whenever they need you. More is less...

I think so too! It is very generous and thoughtful to help out both with design and printing. The karma fairy will be blessing you for sure! :)
