This is the same morning but a differtent view. Is it still too centered?

It breaks all the rules and I like it.
My first thought was that it is not level. Within about 3 femtoseconds I realized that I like it that way. I suppose that the reason is that the water comes all the way to the bottom of the frame - no beach, etc - and as a result I feel just a bit as though I were on a boat viewing the scene.
Looks longer...

Yep, the longer I look the more I find myself leaning to the right in an effort to stay upright.
Otherwise, even though the horizon bisects the frame, the hut keep the 1/3 rule going. Colors are muted, but so what, it is morning and that is how it is supposed to be. I was going to say get rid of the spot in the upper left, but I found that to be my monitor so never mind.
I like it,
Well done.

I like it quite a bit but I would have loved to have seen a couple out in the pavilion.

Thanks for the comments. The resort where this is located gives massages in the afternoons. I would like to see that on the pier, but at 6 am none of those party people are up. I stayed down the beach and you could hear this place cranking up at about 11 pm.
