I think it might look pretty cool if you crop out the foreground/beach. It really changes the perspective and adds a bit of mystery to the photo. Horizon looks crooked too.

I'd actually like to see it with a bit more of the beach in to give a bit more perspective on where she's sitting.. I do like it as is, though.

I think the beach adds context, also. I like the shot. I'd prefer her backpack not be in the shot, though, unless it were literally at her feet or she were holding it.
