Help in whate shooting mode to use

I am using the 30d and I was asked to take some photos at a soccer game today. I saw in my Menu screen a Picture style. Am I suposed to leave it at Standard or change it to portrait,landscape,or anyother options. I shoot in AV mode so I don't know if im even suposed to change it at all. Also on cold days What it a good color temp I should use

leave it in standard, shoot in AI servo, center point focus and good luck post some pic from today this evening
