Parents and athletes tell me, I really like the way you get the refection in the goggles.
I do not tell them my secret.

I keep raising the levels and curves on the goggle layer until I like the look, maybe a little contrast.

Steve - you seem to shoot outside a lot. Do the swimmers not have the special goggles for reflecting sun, and thereby getting some of this naturally?

Glad you posted it though as I figured you just caught the swimmer & light at the perfect fraction of a second.

Yes they all have them (reflecting), I just add a little more POP, even when the refections right at the lens.
