First attempt at portrait shot

A buddy of mine made it on to The Rebel Billionaire and he needed some shots. I think the following shot worked out best but I need some critique to make sure I get better not worse Thanks in Advance!

I am not a portrait shooter - any people shots I do are shots of oppertunity - so I will not comment on pose, etc. That is better left to those who are more skilled/knowlegable.

But, as far as the photograph goes, I would clone out the tire scuff on the wall below his left foot. I would get rid of the branch on the left frame - the one level with his elbow, and maybe even the one below that too. And definately the two little branchy things to our right of his left ankle.
