I have taken a shot of a bird in a month, not since the Cape May trip.

I tried to frame his head inside that half-circle branch, which didn't end up half bad, but I cut off his tail! Argh!

And I messed up the one shot I had at papa Cardinal. One stinkin' month and I'm rusty.

very nice, i like the 1st, that look gives something interesting, and i think it's better with its tail cut off, really!

Wow.. stunning.. :shock:

Too bad about the tail :( but it is an amazing shot none the less.. the varying colored background is a big plus with the white snow.

Really awesome shots.
I wonder how those little birds don't freeze into a solid mass when sitting on that cold snow.

Geez I wish I could be that (rusty) those are great, looks like you did get more snow than us, ours is almost all gone.
