thanks for the welcome as well as the comment :) I, too, wish it was sharp...it was my first day with a digital camera (and it was just a lowly Canon A75 ;))...wish I could take that pic now with the experience/equipment I have :)

you have a great developing eye for some nice shots.
try turning down the iso and using a tripod

Thanks :) I've learned a lot since I took those pics (Spring of '05) and bought some better equipment. I haven't done much in the way of tripod photography (except for things like northern lights, lunar eclipses, meteor showers and lightning storms) but (thanks in part to this site) I've really seen the difference a low ISO/long exposure/tripod shot can make, so this summer that's my goal (along with getting a decent handle on flashes, remote triggers, etc :))
btw...I like your name, what do you drive? :)
