Yeah..
Fat better than GMTV's dismal attempt to fool the lowest common denominator this morning.

Looks like that one would work too, except WebSense here at work is blocking the video on that page.

Fly you little fat buggers, fly!
This is so well done, I can imagin seeing it for the next 10 years as people pass it around the Internet as real.

You mean it wasn't real? LOL
Reminded me of that Larson cartoon where the penguins only fly when they think no one is watching them.....

Hi Guys
Sorry to the cousins across the pond about UK only but at least 'someone' has managed to make it viewable to you. NB A good example of if its there anyone can have at it !!!!
As for its longevity, yes. I think we will be looking back on this one like the spaghetti tree spoof of the 1950's or was that early 60's.
:D
PS For those that can there is a "the making of it..." also linked off that page. Green screen, animation et al. Oh personally I do not mind them spending some license fee on this as at the end of the day the techs used will win them sales in the wider world of BBC revenue.

Now you saying that triggers a memory of seeing something like that a while back???

That is really good. GMTV was really bad.
Licence fee? I would rather have the choice NOT to watch any BBC channels.

I read about this in the newspaper this morning. Guessed it was a fake. Not seen it yet though. It probably would have been more believable if they said that they flew short distances like a few feet, instead of to Brazil!
Did anyone see the BMW ad? I always enjoy their april fools adverts.

Wow that's great!
I wouldn't mind if some penguins flew up here. They would give the ducks some competition for who gets photographed first by a new lens/body.

Ah, that's nothing. I see them flying in my neighborhood all the time. In fact I saw a few out back this morning and threw them some peanuts.

Around my place they are becoming total pests. They keep raiding my hummingbird feeder and their squawking keeps me up at night.

I know what you mean - now that they have the ability to fly, the pole baffles no longer keep them off the feeders. If you enclose the feeders in a cage that keeps the penguins out but lets the hummingbirds in easily. Don't know what to do about the squawking, unless you import a few polar bears to your neighborhood.

I'm thinking of putting a couple of tiger seals in my pond. That'll keep the fat little buggers away.
