Hey guys...
I need someone's help real quick. I got a chance to interview a world-renowned photographer in Australia, and he told me to give him a call 9pm GMT+11.
Since I am in the USA on the east coast (Florida)... do any of you know what time that means for me? I don't understand the whole GMT time thing and was too embarrassed to ask him about it. :o
Thanks for any help!
PS... will post the interview here when finished!

According to that website... the east coast is UTC/GMT -4 hours.
So according to that... 9pm GMT+11 (Australia)... should be 2pm here in Florida. Does my math sound right?

Click on "Personal World Clock" on that page and add the two cities (yours and his). Then you'll be able to work out exactly what the difference is.

9 PM GMT+11 would be 10 AM GMT, would be 6 AM EDT
9PM -11 = GMT -4 = EDT, IIRC.

Be careful as we have a different daylight savings time here at the moment. It's going for an extra week than normal and ends this saturday night and i'm not sure if those time calculators have taken it into account. At the moment it's 9.20am WED where i'am which is the same as sydney time if this helps at all.
