hello i read somewhere but dont remember when i use photoshop cs3 and calabration software i need disable something in cs3 when it loads. i am thinking gama profile? or it could be something else? that is why i am writeing this other words i want my spectview calabration profile to load when i boot or dont i do nothing in cs3.Just got my new NEC monitor today and am looking for the proper way to calabrate i will be useing iONE colorimeter.:confused:

Yes, some graphics cards have their own profiles and stuff, you might need to disable them so your Eye-One profile is the only one loaded at startup. I'm not an expert, but that's my understanding.
I don't think this is a Photoshop issue per se. It's more of an OS issue.

Older versions of PS came with a little program called "Adobe Gamma". That one needed to be disabled.
If you only have CS3 on your machine, I don't think Adobe Gamma is installed, since Adobe doesn't include it in CS3 (It's rather useless on an LCD).
