I want to buy a zoom len for my 300d camera am between
Tamron 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 LD Macro 1:2
or
Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 APO Zoom Macro Super II
What do you think? and if some knows where can i find better deal?

What's the budget ?
For about $550 you can get the Canon EF 70-200 f/4L lens, which is MUCH better than these two.

The 2 lenses listed are both under $200 so I bet hes not wanting to spend nearly $600. But if you have lots of money then look at better glass.
The 2 lenses you mentioned are the compatition to the canon 75-300 non USM. All 3 of these lenses are medum grade consumer lenses that get a little soft between 200-300. I have seen many great picks taken with them but you will be limited when the light is dimming. The sigma has a macro function at the long end 1:2 I believe and many say it is quite good for a non dedicated macro.

Actually the Canon 75-300 III USM can be had for under $200, I think you might be thinking of the IS version vs. the Non IS version.
