Good eye to find the leading lines in this and I do like the tones in B&W but the POV is kinda predictable putting the horizon right across the middle of the frame.
I'd crop some of the sky out as it's just a bunch of dead space that looks unevenly exposed (polarizer used here?)

If I recall right I did use a polarizer. I seldom do anything outside without it. I see what your talking about, now that you mention it...thanks!! :)

Did you shoot this with the 10-20mm? Sometimes (well, actually most of the time) such UWA lens will cover enough of the sky that you are into the area which is no longer at a 90 degree angle to the sun so the effect of the CPL dissapears.

I remember now, I DID shoot with the 10-20, and did NOT have a filter. I dont have one for that lens yet...and thanks for the information...I've learned something.

Ok, well, judging by the shadows this was early/late in the day and the same principal applies... At sunset, for instance, as the East is getting darker, the West will still have quite a bit more light so with a UWA lens, you're grabbing some of both hemispheres and the sky will go from darker to lighter across the frame.

LOL...
Headaches? No. Usually for me, photography causes pain in other parts of the body!
