Taken a while to have a look through the pics from a couple of weeks ago. First time shooting any form of motorsports in 6 months, when I saw the World Touring Cars also at Brands. Was good to see quite bit of the POTN crew along there.

In the fading light, started to use higher iso, and also longer shutter speeds, whilst still trying to hand hold 300mm in the freezing cold conditions:

They race all sorts of classes in NZ and Uk. But yeah, Brands Hatch is a UK track

Thanks, took a few in a row, but was having massive issues with my 120-300 half way through the day.
My lens was actually faulty before I went out, but seemed to work in the morning. Focus just doesn't work right. So these last shots, I preset the focus and did slow panning at 300mm, 1/60th - challenging in 2*C temps :lol:
