Like the third one. First one is simply OOF. Also, you need to crop the first one...

I would crop just below the hands, OR include all of their legs. Don't cut people off at the knees. When you get that low, why not just include the whole person. Much more visually pleasing... This goes for the second photo as well.

Absolutely love the right image on the third photo! You really captured some love and tenderness there... Good job!

Thanks for the tips and comments so far. This is my first time doing an engagement session and this board really helps out!

I think that third one is killer! I'll have to borrow that idea, k?

bolantej-
that's what this forum is for: learning and "borrowing" ideas :)

I really like the 3rd photo too.

First shot looks OOF to me and they all don't seem to have a consistent style to them, they don't flow. I think the third shot does need a bit of brightening as the first time I looked at it I couldn't see them kissing at the top.
..and boy, is it June already!!! :D

personally, i find the first picture to be too dark. but i agree with the others that #3 is the best :)

#3 IS AWESOME! I do similar shots on e-sessions and they are always the bride-to-be's favorites.

#1 is really out of focus and the sky is blown. You could try to salvage it by cropping their busts and turning it into a silhouette?

Great job!

1 is blown & too soft (and even 2 to a lesser extent). My favorite is 2...3 is right behind it, but the hands/fingers are a little too large (proportionally) for my taste. Maybe try having them hold hands (not with interlocking fingers) with the focus still on the ring, so that the fingers aren't such a huge part of the picture.
