I downloaded it and gave it a shot. Very simple interface with not a lot of options, but it'll get the job done very nicely. Kind of wish there were a few more options for watermarking (such as outlined text), but for a free program, not too shabby!

I reformat my drives too much to use these free software deals. Right now will stick to PS for watermarking.
