I have a RRS BH-40 LR2 with pro lever QR clamp (and RRS pouch, small marks on the clamp, ballhead is clean.)

I'm keeping my Markins M20, however the BH-40 is smaller, lighter, and the lever release is safer and faster IMO. I've used it with my Canon 1D and Nikon D2Hs with 70-200 and either ballhead handles it easily.
