Rebel Parameters

Any one here have any recommendations for setting the parameters on the Rebel? By parameters I mean preset 1 or 2, or custom 1, 2, 3. The ones that affect sharpness and contrast, etc.

Oh... click! RAW has no in camera processing so therefore it wouldn't matter! No wonder all the shots looked the same!

I'll just go quitely in the corner and slap myself with a large trout.
