After your coments on here I ordered it from B&H today, even better news was I ordered a Nikon Lens for a buddy who needed it tomorrow, so he paid the difference in overnight shipping. so with the 20D free shipping and him paying the differance, I get my new camera tomorrow. :) I also ordered an extra battary, have not had good luck with the aftermarkets and with 2 Digitial bodies, and 3 canon battaries I should be set.

Congrats on getting it shipped overnight!
I have 3 batteries myself that I keep in my bag, and although I don't do long and drawn out shoots, I've never had an issue with my battery dying on me, so you should most likely have plenty of battery power (might want run out of CF cards before your battery :)

Went with my first 1 gig card, have always been cautios, and used pairs of cards figuring if I loose a card dont want all my eggs in one basket. I had a close call once but recovered them, believe it was a card reader problem. When I looked at a pair of 512's was not worth the extra $ so broke down and purchased a 1 gig Extreme Card.

yeah, I definitely recommend using multiple cards if you can, in case something like that happens. I have several 256mb cards, so I usually end up shooting in Large, Normal mode so I can get a decent number of pictures on each card and still have fairly good quality.
I really want to get at least a 512mb, maybe 1gig

you're gonna go nuts with the camera. I have two batteries and never have had a problem. I have filled my 512 meg card several times shooting lightining shots on the same battery charge.
