If anyone else is interested, B&H is showing the Epson P-2000 in stock. For those of you who don't know what this is, it's Epson's new portable storage device/multimedia player that comes with a 40Gb drive, USB 2.0, and a super high res 640x480 3.5" display, for only $499, which is even cheaper than the P-1000 is selling for (the older model with 10Gb drive and USB 1.0).

Dammn...I want one of those...that thing looks awesome! Now if I could only find an extra $500 lying around that wouldn't be better spent on a lens for my 20D...

Boy, that didnt last long. The page says out of stock now.

You would think they woulf have some actual specs on the page about the product. I didnt find any link for that either.

Just checked the Epson website- They are in stock there.

Read the pages and many of them specified "optional" cables and such.

When I got to the accessories page, all they listed was printers!

Imagine what Epson could be like if they had SMART people running the company!
