I know that I posted samples of focus magic (www.focusmagic.com)a couple months back, but I just wanted to give another look at my results. It is now part of my standard workflow to FM my shots 1 or 2 pixels just to get that extra level of crispness. Additionally though, sometimes it really saves a shot.
This was at a lake at the ranch (www.eatonsranch.com) that Marcia and I stayed at. First is the overall shot.

This is a 100% crop of the center. Notice the blur. There is motion blur because I took it while riding on a horse.

Next is a 7 pixel "Motion Blur Fix" applied.

Then I applied a 2 pixel "Focus Fix" to it, and I am very please with the results.
