another photoshop ? elements vs: CS

I have ps elements ver2.0 (the one that came with the 20 D). What are the major differences between it and CS? is the $499.00 upgrade worth it?

To me, the RAW converter and the Organizer justify the price for the upgrade from version 2 but I just could not justify the additional cost of CS. The upgrade cost on Amazon is currently $65 ($45 when I bought it!). If the money is not a concern or you think the missing features are important to you then the additional cost of CS is well worth it!!

Oh, I am not sure if the RAW converter in CS or Elements have been updated yet for the 20D RAW file format. Should be soon, though, in any event.

Go to Adobe and download ACR 2.3. It works for the 20D
