Filters on Canon A40

Is it possible to mount other filters/lenses on Canon A40 than those specified by Canon ?

Yes, once you have the adapter you can use any filter that fits the thread size...

In this case I'll do that because the ones designed by Canon especilally for A40 are very expensive, here in Romania.
